My AC stopped working, so I contacted the company and they came out the next morning and got it running again! The team also cleaned out my air ducts - overall a quality company that I will be using again. Knowledgeable, respectful, professional and prompt.

So the gentleman that worked on our condo, went out on a Saturday evening to finish the installation job before the storm came in. To me, that is the highest rate of professionalism and dedication you can have. Gordon, not only explained things clearly, but was personable. This is a great company that did trustworthy work.

To all of my friends in Fort Myers or surrounding areas, if you have any Air Conditioning needs please reach out to my dear friends with Freedom Residential! They are an amazing family and their business is truly family centered!!! When I had my recent water damage from my water heater leaking they returned my call sooooooo quickly, calmed me down and talked me through what I needed to do in that moment.
