- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer multiple discounts, including multi-system, multi-property, and first responder / active military! Our pricing is straight forward, all inclusive, and does not change once you accept a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On-boarding is simple, we’ll collect some basic information like name, ************, and address, followed by coordinating an appointment for one of our expert technicians to inspect your system. Text, *****, or call, whichever is easier for you, and schedule any day of the week (yes weekends too!)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team does monthly training straight from the factory producing your AC equipment. Once a week, we dedicate time to train internally based on recent events. We are constantly watching videos, attending training classes, and exploring continuing education so we have all the right skills and knowledge to best serve our customers.
