- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated about my pricing. If I do not have to provide liquor, supplies, a portable bar or additional labor, it is simply a matter of hourly rate plus travel if it is more that 20 miles away!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly study trends, recipes, do wine tastings to discover the best wines, attend seminars, check out new liquors, read reviews etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Chose to go to Bartending School years ago. Had heard from friends that it was an occupation where you can always find work and one where you can make decent income! I then discovered that i LOVE IT!!
