Geeks on Site has provided service and hardware for me since 2021. I bought my current laptop through them and the tech who came to my house did the set-up in about an hour. He was very proficient. The techs who do the monthly tune-up over the internet have also worked well to keep my laptop in prime condition. Support and sales staff are courteous when I call. I am satisfied with the service right to my home and online. The convenience is worth the annual subscription.

We offer different service options: Flat fee, hourly rate, block rates and monthly subscriptions. We provide more accurate pricing once we conduct a diagnosis of the issue.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive your request and confirm details and payment, we can usually have a tech out to you the same or next day, or solve the issue remotely depending on the type of problem.
