- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% Military discount. Hospitality Goddess will supply alcohol for your event. Ice luges, ice bowls, ice bars, and kegs are available upon request. Prices are based upon the event, and what is expected of the Day of Coordinator, Bartender, or Wait staff. Supplies are brought into the equation as well. Some are included, some are not. Rentals are added to the quote. Travel if over 1 hour are added as well. Licensed Bartenders. 18% Service Charge for any order of $500.00 or more. Deposit's are non-refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer consists of first connecting and having a conversation regarding the event. At this point I will gather as much info as possible. Supplies needed, address, type of uniform needed, if any. Also, if the customer has any special requests this is the time to mention them. I also like to mention that I will arrive 30-60 minutes early to set up. Logistics are talked about, if needed.
