I'm so happy we went with them for our bartending at our wedding. They were professional all day.... Offered us specialty drinks .. Met up with us at venue ahead of time to make sure they delivered what we needed. I didn't have to worry about this at all day because they were on top of it and obviously experienced. Thank you!!!!!

We were very pleased with the bar service we received from Hospitality Goddess. I can’t believe how much is included for the price! We didn’t have to worry about cups, cocktail napkins, flowers, ice, you name it. Cathleen was very professional, communicative, and prompt. We didn’t have waiters or pitchers of water on the table, so Cathleen had to handle 100 guest’s alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage requests. Everyone said she was so friendly and pleasant. I would absolutely use her services again!

Cathleen was excellent. My event, a baby shower for 30, went smoothly and everything was left clean and well organized. She was right on time. Cathleen needed very little direction assembling, plating and serving the many passed and plated apps and sweets while also serving wine and seltzer to the guests.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% Military discount. Hospitality Goddess will supply alcohol for your event. Ice luges, ice bowls, ice bars, and kegs are available upon request. Prices are based upon the event, and what is expected of the Day of Coordinator, Bartender, or Wait staff. Supplies are brought into the equation as well. Some are included, some are not. Rentals are added to the quote. Travel if over 1 hour are added as well. Licensed Bartenders. 18% Service Charge for any order of $500.00 or more. Deposit's are non-refundable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer consists of first connecting and having a conversation regarding the event. At this point I will gather as much info as possible. Supplies needed, address, type of uniform needed, if any. Also, if the customer has any special requests this is the time to mention them. I also like to mention that I will arrive 30-60 minutes early to set up. Logistics are talked about, if needed.
