I've been to several parties where this dj was spinning both formal and informal. He always keeps the crowd happy. Good range of music from classical and lounge to dance. Even downloads songs on the spot if you want to allow requests. I'd definitely use him again. Has lights, lasers and fog or a more classical set up. Very professional. Everyone working with him was dressed appropriately: black suit and tie.

We hired Josh for my parents anniversary and he was very accommodating , professional and went out his way to make that moment memorable. His wide selection of music and knowledge of what the crowd needs made the night one to remember. My parents were happy and many asked about him for their future events. Josh performed at our largest fundraiser of the year that was held at Stepping Stones Museum in Norwalk. He was our 2nd "act" and just blew it out of the water. We literally had to shut the music off to get people to stop dancing. He kept it fresh and fast, he wasn't chatty with the crowd, it was very music driven and just what we wanted. We would ask him to do another event for us in a heart beat!

For DJ/MC services up to 6 hours Reception (one location) = $1500 Ceremony setup (microphone for officiant & speakers) = $200 Ceremony setup with music or more mics for singer/soloist = $250 Cocktail hour (if different location than reception) = $150 Dancefloor lights (lasers, LEDs etc) = $200 Gobo (monogram) = 200
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interview of the Bride & Groom's needs and wants. After both, myself and the client, agree that we are a good fit, we proceed to talk about plans for the big day. We go over the contract in detail and discuss any form of payment plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do a lot of research in the area of acoustics, sound tweaking, technology available for performing artists as well as music remix and blending.
