- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts at $15 per visit, but does vary depending on pets and needs. I do offer a rewards program and an additional discount for seniors and regular customers (5+ visits on a weekly basis).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New client meetings happen in your home. I come to meet your pet in their surroundings, get to know your family and needs, and am aquatinted with your pets belongings and schedule. I will provide you with a packet to fill out and leave for me on the first visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently enrolled in a Pet First Aid & CPR course.
