I really appreciated the quick response, and the ability to arrive within the hour due to an emergency I was having. However, I made it clear that part of that emergency was a leaking toilet inside my house, and that I suspected the problem was due to needing a septic pump out. When he arrived, he was nearly refusing to come in the house saying he didn’t need to? He needed to be asked multiple times to come in and fix the toilet that was leaking. I was told that he “serviced” the Septic, when I asked him what that meant, I did not receive a response. I asked him multiple times through text message to please clarify so that I know what actually was done on my house, and I still have not received a response. The invoice was not itemized in a way that I could see what he charged for each thing done, which leads me to believe I have overpaid since I will still need to get my septic tank pumped out. Lastly, he pointed out a leaking hose on the toilet, and refused to fix it, even though he had two separate people who could authorize it, one on site and one available over the phone. Long story still long, I feel like I threw out $850 just for a really rude guy to fix a wax seal on my toilet.
