When it comes to computers I am what they refer to as being technology challenged. This shortcoming can be overcome if one is able to find a good computer technician. This is easier said than done. In the beginning I was frustrated with the lack of knowledgeable technicians to whom I could turn for help.Subsequently, I was given the name of Michael Huber of Para Geeks. From that day forward he has been my computer specialist. Now when there is a problem I can depend on him to respond in a timely, efficient and professional manner. His work is always first rate and his fees are more than reasonable. Further, all work is done in my home. As an added bonus he is also knowledgeable in repairing TV's.If anyone needs a competent computer specialist I can highly recommend Michael. On several occasions he has done work for friends and neighbors who were also pleased with his work.A very satisfied customer.Dick D

The Best! They are great listeners and customer service is at the forefront of their business. We Experienced a network failure at a Fort Myers condo the Internet went out Comcast had said our router needed to be reconfigured. Although they were busy on their schedule for a few days out, I explained that this was an Airbnb situation and if I didnt get somebody there, I was afraid I was going to get a bad review which would be terrible. They really came through for me. What amazing customer service. They ended up going out the next morning. I called at 5 PM and they are going to the property at 10 AM the next day you cant beat that for customer service. Im very impressed that they heard the distress And helped resolve the problem quickly

I have 18 foot ceilings in my house and the sound from my TV has bounced around the room since I moved in four years ago. Ive had various people come in to try to resolve the quality of my audio system, many of them made it worse. Parageeks was recommended on the neighborhood site so I thought Id give them a try. Michael the owner came out for the initial consultation, spent time to fully evaluate the acoustics of the room. We even checked out my next door Neighbors House to see how they have their system set up. After full evaluation he gave me a game plan. Had a proposal to me later that afternoon. Within a few days had this crew here to install acouple ceiling speakers, a woofer, along with a receiver. They could not have been more professional. They respected the home, and most importantly resolved my issue. I would recommend para geeks without any reservation.

Michael and his crew are remarkably competent, patient (especially for those of us who are not as computer literate as others), and helpful when one has computer issues. The group is quick to respond to requests for service, and have always resolved my problem in a very timely manner. I recommend ParaGeeks very highly.
