I have 18 foot ceilings in my house and the sound from my TV has bounced around the room since I moved in four years ago. Ive had various people come in to try to resolve the quality of my audio system, many of them made it worse. Parageeks was recommended on the neighborhood site so I thought Id give them a try. Michael the owner came out for the initial consultation, spent time to fully evaluate the acoustics of the room. We even checked out my next door Neighbors House to see how they have their system set up. After full evaluation he gave me a game plan. Had a proposal to me later that afternoon. Within a few days had this crew here to install acouple ceiling speakers, a woofer, along with a receiver. They could not have been more professional. They respected the home, and most importantly resolved my issue. I would recommend para geeks without any reservation.

The Best! They are great listeners and customer service is at the forefront of their business. We Experienced a network failure at a Fort Myers condo the Internet went out Comcast had said our router needed to be reconfigured. Although they were busy on their schedule for a few days out, I explained that this was an Airbnb situation and if I didnt get somebody there, I was afraid I was going to get a bad review which would be terrible. They really came through for me. What amazing customer service. They ended up going out the next morning. I called at 5 PM and they are going to the property at 10 AM the next day you cant beat that for customer service. Im very impressed that they heard the distress And helped resolve the problem quickly

i have used Mike from Parrageeks for the last 15 years! He has grown an amazing team of IT and Video professionals that are so helpful and patient. They hooked up our TVs and made the cables disappear. they helped me figure out my remote controls! and how to troubleshoot certains TV settings. they helped me untangle my microsoft outlook to get my emails downloading again. I highly recommend them

We have been a customer for years. All the people who work with ParaGeeks Technology have been very helpful with whatever project we were doing with our TV and computers over the years.Right now, Micheal and Chase are ordering a computer designed for my husband who is always doing something on youtube, and ebay etc. We are looking forward to getting it installed next week.
