- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to work with you and in order to give you an accurate price we must be able to see your home or commercial building. Many people want a per square foot price or a ballpark price. While anyone can guess, we do not want to do that. We prefer to give you a real price so that there are no surprises at the end of a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually have a few questions that need to be answered so we can give you a valid price and a project that you will be happy with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Though David Allgood's 45 plus year career in Construction He has attended and taught multiple construction classes and attended every type of continuing education course available, (structural, Roofing, Electrical, Energy Efficiency, HVAC, and more). David Allgood has inspected approximately 2,000 disaster inspection for FEMA for many perils including flood, tornado, fire, and hurricane. He has witnessed firsthand the devastation and suffering that these disasters can cause and what caused the failures in the homes he inspected. David Allgood has performed almost 1,000 wind mitigation inspections for the largest insurance company in Florida and he has witnessed first hand on areas that need to be addressed in homes to make them hurricane resistant.
