FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, our standard estimate fee is $200; however, we apply that amount as a credit toward your total project cost if you decide to move forward with us. We believe in transparency and fairness—our pricing reflects the quality of work and expertise we bring to every job. There are no hidden fees, and we’re always happy to walk you through the estimate so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with an initial consultation to understand your goals and the scope of the project. If needed, we’ll schedule a site visit to assess the space and gather any additional details. From there, we provide a written estimate—our $200 estimate fee is credited toward the job if you hire us. Once approved, we finalize a timeline, get any necessary permits, and begin work promptly. Throughout the process, we keep you informed and involved to ensure your vision is met with quality and professionalism.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
