- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work rather than hourly rates, which helps customers know the total cost upfront. We always try to keep our prices fair and competitive while delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service. Most projects require a deposit to secure scheduling and materials, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We also provide package pricing for multi-item installations whenever possible to help customers save money. Please note that materials, permit fees, specialty disposal fees, or major unforeseen repairs are not included unless specifically stated in the estimate. We’re always transparent about pricing before starting any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and communication-focused. First, I speak with the customer to understand the project details, timeline, and expectations. If needed, I’ll ask for photos or schedule an on-site visit to properly evaluate the work. After that, I provide a clear estimate outlining the scope of work, pricing, and any materials involved. Once approved, we schedule the project and coordinate the best time for the work to be completed. During the job, I keep customers updated and make sure everything is done professionally and cleanly. My goal is always to leave the customer fully satisfied with both the quality of the work and the overall experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in handyman services and home improvement work, including carpentry, drywall, painting, aluminum work, appliance installation, trim work, screen repair, and general residential repairs. Most of my training comes from real field experience working on a wide variety of residential projects throughout Southwest Florida. Over the years, I’ve developed strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. I also stay up to date with installation standards, safety practices, and manufacturer requirements to ensure every project is completed professionally and correctly. My goal is always to provide reliable service, honest communication, and results that customers feel confident about.
