Installed new hurricane French doors at my home and needed to have them painted. Hired Froisca Solutions to do the work. Unfortunately, neither I nor Frolian the owner knew that these PGT hurricane doors had a special coating on them. Froisca Solutions crew primed and painted them doing a beautiful job. They looked great but after about a week we noticed that the paint was still soft and able to be moved with a fingernail. I immediately called Frolian and within a day he brought out the rep from Sherwin-Williams to look into my issue. When the Sherwin-Williams rep explained what had happened and what needed to be done, again within a few days Frolian and his team came to my home, completely stripped the doors, sanded them, applied a primer and two coats of paint at absolutely no cost or hassle to me.
As we all know in business, sometimes things happen. But it is how you turn them “From Lemons to Lemonade” that customers remember. That’s what makes you a true professional.
Frolian never complained, never tried to put the blame on anyone just immediately took care of my issue. This is the kind of company I want to and will always do business with, one that does great work but when there is an issue immediately takes care of it.

Froilan and his crew were absolutely phenomenal… Long story short, they came in to, literally, repair another contractor’s poor craftsmanship by painting and installing baseboards that were not labeled accurately… imagine that!… Froilan saved the day, and did it with an A-1 level of service and value!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work rather than hourly rates, which helps customers know the total cost upfront. We always try to keep our prices fair and competitive while delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service.
Most projects require a deposit to secure scheduling and materials, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We also provide package pricing for multi-item installations whenever possible to help customers save money.
Please note that materials, permit fees, specialty disposal fees, or major unforeseen repairs are not included unless specifically stated in the estimate. We’re always transparent about pricing before starting any work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and communication-focused. First, I speak with the customer to understand the project details, timeline, and expectations. If needed, I’ll ask for photos or schedule an on-site visit to properly evaluate the work.
After that, I provide a clear estimate outlining the scope of work, pricing, and any materials involved. Once approved, we schedule the project and coordinate the best time for the work to be completed.
During the job, I keep customers updated and make sure everything is done professionally and cleanly. My goal is always to leave the customer fully satisfied with both the quality of the work and the overall experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in handyman services and home improvement work, including carpentry, drywall, painting, aluminum work, appliance installation, trim work, screen repair, and general residential repairs.
Most of my training comes from real field experience working on a wide variety of residential projects throughout Southwest Florida. Over the years, I’ve developed strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
I also stay up to date with installation standards, safety practices, and manufacturer requirements to ensure every project is completed professionally and correctly. My goal is always to provide reliable service, honest communication, and results that customers feel confident about.
