I hired Whyte’s to replace all of the flooring in my home. The project included tear out and removal of both tile and carpet, and the installation of LVP flooring. They were absolutely amazing to work with and did a wonderful job! They answered all of my questions and handled every single detail from picking up the flooring I purchased to hiring a plumber to fix a leak discovered behind my refrigerator. They were professional, on time, communicated well and my new floor looks great! Oh, and their estimate was 1/3 less than several other estimates I received. Highly recommend Whyte’s!!! A million thanks Lisa and Jim!!!

We received a number of quotes and Whyte’s was very competitive and overall, the job was completed perfectly. With their tile showroom and how they brought samples to our house, they were a one stop shop. We even had a small issue that we weren’t happy with and Jim said ‘you’re in good hands’ and he and his guys were at our house within two days. Very satisfied.

I asked for an estimate to replace flooring that had recently applied in our second floor condo. We did this unknowingly without getting permission from the condo association and they in return said we didn’t have proper soundproofing. Before automatically giving us an estimate for the job she looked up the specifications we had and compared it to what the association required and found out the flooring we used was in compliance and therefore nothing needed to be done. The condo association finally agreed saving us thousands of dollars. This act showed me this company has integrity and I would recommend them anytime.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Truthfully, we are not the cheapest! We are fair in our pricing and provide a quality product and a professional installation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to communicate proactively to fully understand there desired outcome. 1st we schedule a time to bring samples and measure for a free estimate. 2nd we discuss a scheduling; checking stock and delivery of selected material. Lastly making preparations for existing flooring removal and preparations for installation of desired flooring.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been installing flooring for 20 plus years; both Commercial and Resudential applications. We are certified in Ardex floor prep and moisture control applications. Own and operate ride on flooring removal equipments and most importantly, we are fully licensed and insured.
