FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing isn't complicated, but I truly don't see how someone can give a set price without seeing the house they will be cleaning & talking with the potential customer. An average size home can vary in price because of many factors-- things I won't know until I am there & talking to you in person. I base your price on how long I think it will take to clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like for customers to give me a tour of their home. Often this is when I will learn what is most important to the customer. I always let them know what we will do in each room of the house so we are all on the same page. Nothing is worse for a customer than to feel they didn't get their money's worth because they assumed something would be done, but wasn't.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been cleaning professionally for 9 years now. Yes, it is very different than cleaning your own home! In many ways it's much easier.
