FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope and details of each project—no hidden fees or surprise charges. Every estimate includes the cost of labor, materials, and proper surface preparation to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality finish. I’m happy to work within your budget and can offer options to help manage costs without compromising quality. Discounts may be available for larger projects or repeat customers. I also provide clear, upfront quotes so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand your needs, timeline, and vision. Then I schedule an on-site visit to assess the space and provide a clear, detailed estimate with no surprises. Once approved, we set a convenient schedule. Before painting, I handle all prep work to ensure a clean, lasting finish. Throughout the job, I keep the workspace neat and you informed. At the end, we do a walkthrough to make sure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background comes from 30 years of hands-on experience in interior and exterior painting, along with continuous, on-the-job training in proper surface preparation, application techniques, and product knowledge. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of materials, finishes, and environments, which has given me a deep understanding of what works best and lasts longest. I stay up to date with industry best practices, including the use of modern paints, coatings, and tools, to ensure high-quality, durable results. Just as important, my training is grounded in a strong work ethic and attention to detail—values I’ve carried with me since I started in the Midwest.
