- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is very reasonable We are not the most expensive and We are not the cheaper price .. We can warranty 100% customer satisfaction! We gave discount when We provide the paint because We have a better price under my license
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make schedule for the first appointment for a free quote after we got all the details from the project , We send then a estimate by email if they want to go forward we add the customer information to my liability insurance policy and We will provide the customer a certificate of insurance and set up Schedule and helps on the paint colors if they need too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hi school , college , a lot of paint courses Like epoxy 3D and etc
