FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you hire a licensed and insured professional. Remember, by hiring a licensed and insured professional you are protecting yourself from a possible lawsuit if someone gets hurt on the job and also know that you are working with a true professional. Working with unlicensed and uninsured contractors can be a dangerous practice. Remember that you get what you pay for, and sometimes a few extra dollars can pay off in the long run.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers new the type of work that we perform and what many of our competition performs. We stand behind our work 100%. If a customer isn't happy we will make sure that we fix the problem. We have noticed a huge influx of competition in our industry over the past 10 years. And we have noticed that alot of our competitors offer these services at a very low price. And finally we have noticed that the quality of work has greatly depreciated. It is a sad thing to see but it has happened. We have competitors who have been in the industry as long, if not longer then us and they provide exceptional service. They are also competitive when it comes to pricing. These new, lowest price companies come in and do bad work but get the work based solely on price and we don't think that is the best way to do business. We want to provide great service at a reasonable rate.
