Daniel was able to quickly locate me qualified tenants for the multiple duplexs that I own. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and efficiently. From the first time I contacted him to the numerous times since, he has been professional and courteous at all times. I am always able to get ahold of him
day or night. Since contracting with Daniel at RPM, I have seen increased cash flow due to timely payment by the tenants and my RPM. I can count on RPM to send my monthly draw directly to my bank account like clockwork. All of my maintenance issue are taken care of promptly.
