The turn-over from my property`s former manager
to Uptown Property Services, LLC required more work
than I had originally expected. Minor repairs to the home had been neglected during the past year and the taxes were left unpaid for almost 3 years, which I had no idea of until I had finally switched to Uptown Property Services, LLC.
Stacy Garcia is doing her best to resolve past issues, such as securing the tenant`s deposit that wasn`t given to her at the time of the turn-over and has offered to help us with the back-taxes that we must pay by March 31, 2016.
There is also the maintenance issues that the tenant would like resolved as well. There is also and extra lot behind the house that Stacy was kind enough to take photos of for me, because I had an idea that the former manager is still using the property for storage.
We had also hoped that possibly that lot could be rented out should there be a tenant who is interested.
Stacy is working "Above and Beyond" what is required of her and now with her help, we will be able to get right back on track to where we want to be with our rental property.

My wife and I spent three months in a property that was managed by Stacy. She was very easy to deal with from first contact when we made the deposit on the place through our stay and when we checked out. During our stay the ice maker in the fridge gave out and we woke to water all over the kitchen floor. I immediately sent Stacy a text message explaining the problem and within a half hour a maintenance guy showed up and shut off the water and cleaned up the mess. The place we rented was very clean and had all the amenities you would expect: kitchen utensils, towels (including beach towels), spare bed linens and blankets and more. We are possibly interested in purchasing a property at the complex where we stayed. Stacy showed us several units and was never pushy about us purchasing. She is very nice and easy to deal with while being professional.
