David and his team assessed a leak in our roof quickly and we had a quote within an hour along with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done to extend the life of our roof. Once his team began they found that the leak damage was more extensive than previously thought and immediately tackled the problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting the job done right. From negotiation to final payment, dealing with David Cobian, Adam and Mario was a delight. Once an agreement was made, they followed up with me constantly. David & Mario stayed on top of the job, the workers and contact with not only the municipality that I live in, but I had to have house and pool solar removed and re-installed. They facilitated the removal and even after there part of job (the roof) was completed, they continue to make sure the re-installation is complete and that I am satisfied. I highly recommend CDM Roofing.

We recently hired this roofing company to install a new roof for my dad in Florida while I was managing everything from Michigan. On top of that, my dad was hospitalized during the process, which made things even more stressful. This team made the entire experience incredibly smooth and stress-free for both of us.From the very first contact, they were professional, responsive, and truly caring. They kept me fully informed every step of the way with excellent communication, even with the distance between us. They patiently addressed all of our specific concerns, answered every question in detail, and made sure I always knew exactly what was happening with the project. I flew in to be with my dad while he was hospitalized and was able to meet the crew during my stay. Everyone was so amazing, it felt like I had known them for years!They worked closely with us the entire way, their communication was outstanding, and they even sent photos of the entire process to keep my dad in the loop while his curiosities were getting the best of him while being in the hospital.
