usually it goes through the following stages - the customer calls or writes about the problem - we come, we look, we find the reason, we are looking for a spare part - we agree on a price - we fix the repair
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm actually an aeronautical engineer - I have a lot of certificates for working with refrigerants too - experience in different states and a lot of refurbished equipment
