this lady was not the owner of the house, she was pre-notified that for a technical visit she would be charged $100 and the distance from her house to the office was 1:45 minutes and all work would be charged but arriving at the place, 2 employees she said who had a $100 deal to fix all the electrical in the house, so I ordered them to leave because she didn't even want to pay for the technical visit and started offending and cursing my employees with racist voices, insults and disrespect, so I did I took the lead and answered all the messages she didn't share, I won't reply to her insults but the client has already been reported to the POLICE and also to the Thumbtack App, they are already criminally investigating her lines and racist insults to employees who were there to do the work within the LAW, with all necessary licenses and permits.
