My issue was the stream of water coming out of the faucet on the sink in the master bathroom was pencil thin at best. The fix was ridiculously simple - the technician used a plastic "key" to remove the screen (which I have done many times to clean), but also took it apart further with his fingers to remove a very tiny "O" ring, which he said deteriorates over time and causes the poor water flow. Problem fixed and he also removed the "O" ring from the other sink in that bathroom. All together maybe in my home for 30 minutes. I choose Spartan because they advertised "free estimates". They also almost immediately got in touch with me and set up an appointment for the very next day. To say the least, there was no estimate involved since the fix was so ridiculously simple, but I went into shock when given a bill for $185. I'm very happy that I now have a faucet with strong running water, the technician was very pleasant, courteous and professional, and the response time was excellent, BUT, I'm not happy with myself for being taken advantage of, and that's on me.
