AJ is Awesome March 27, 2026 he came to install affordable water treatment and purification. He went the extra mile my home is only 2 years old the original plumber had the hot and cold water reversed as the facet was never put in correctly to keep it from moving. He reversed the hot and cold water correctly and put a spacer on the new facet he put in. The outside water shut off was below ground level it is now at my height level. I am very happy with his work and love drinking the osmosis water and showering my skin is softer. I highly recommend this company

We discovered that the circuit board on our new water filter was fried. We called "Love My Home Water" and Mason said that he would have someone call us. AJ, the service technician, called immediately. After looking at a picture of our unit, he stated that he would need to pick up some parts and would be at our house later in the day. Here we are at 2:30 pm and AJ just left, having completely fixed our unit including doing a wellness check to make sure that it runs smoothly. He also advised us to change our salt so that we get better results with our unit. AJ went above and beyond to take care of our situation within a matter of hours. Great guy. Great service. Thank you so much AJ!!

Its been a few weeks since we had our water system installed including the reverse osmosis tank under the sink. From the consultation to installation this company was easy, friendly and honest. Our system is working great! Water tastes great! Noticeable difference with this system when cleaning, showering and drinking. We should have installed sooner.
