Our back patio was basically useless in the summer because of the sheer volume of mosquitoes. We hired them to build a brand new screen enclosure, and it completely changed our routine. Had a great experience with the Screen factory. On of the most communicative vendors Ive ever worked with. They had a point person for our project who updated us every step of the way. We also had some u for seen delays with our pool and lanai project and they accommodated our schedule every step of the way and were well prepared the minute we were ready for them. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company is engaged in the restoration and repair of Pool Screens and Patio Screens after the hurricane. In order to financially support affected Florida residents, we are providing a $500 discount to repair your Pool or Patio Screen Enclosures (for damages over $2,000).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we are trying to provide our clients with an online estimate. After the terms have been agreed on, our team is setting an offline appointment with the client for a thorough evaluation and providing the client with a written quote. After receiving a down payment, we put the client on the waiting list for installation (currently it takes us no longer than 5-15 business days to complete the project).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having professional of the field of more than 15 years, we know everything about anti-mosquito systems. We are ready to take on a project of any difficulty.
