Absolutely amazing professional service! Words cannot express how phenomenal Will is. He is detailed, thorough, knowledgeable, and proactive. He takes his work seriously and considers every possible variable that could happen and takes care of it before it has the opportunity to arise. I reached out to Will about fire ants that decided to take over my yard and infiltrate the inside of my home. This was a major concern as my son is allergic to insect bites. Will was prompt to respond and immediately scheduled a time to come and see what was going on. He did not waste any time. Immediately after evaluating my property, he began treating the outside and inside. After that day, those fire ants were completely gone from the inside and they were dying all throughout the yard. I was shocked at how fast the process was. After that first treatment, Will came back to our home twice to ensure that the ants were completely destroyed from our yard/home. In between treatments, he reached out via phone to check on the progress. From the moment he completed his evaluation, we knew he was the best man for the job and we decided to set up routine treatments on a monthly basis after our initial evaluation/treatment. Moving forward, Will is the only man we will hire for Pest Control services. Will is the best in the business and knows exactly what he is doing and he values his customers. His integrity and quality of service/work is beyond the average Pest Control company. He is a gem and we sincerely appreciate/value him. We truly cannot thank Will enough for his excellence. Will was excellent! I had a dead rodent stuck somewhere in my vehicle. He promptly found it and removed it. He also treated the whole area. Will, definitely will be my to go pest control man.

I can only give a guesstimate over the phone. Inspection is the only way to give accurate pricing,mainly due to identifying the species and level of activity.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically give a new customer a base price based on info provided. Next I schedule an appointment starting with inspection and give final price before beginning any work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am state certified in GHP (general house hold pest). l also have 7 years of continued education credits making certain I'm aware of what's currently going on in industry.
