- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prices are based on the type of service, the size of the home, and the cleaning frequency. I usually offer better rates for regular clients 🫧(Every 1 week (weekly) 🫧every 2 weeks (kinzenly) 🫧every 4 weeks (monthly), and 🫧only once (Value without discount) ). Discounts may be available for ongoing or longer-term services. The rate may vary for deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleanings, or homes with additional areas. I always provide clear pricing in advance, with no hidden fees. ❗️Cancellation in less than 24 hours will apply a fee of 50% of the cleaning amount. If my company cancels work in less than 24 hours! If our team is already leaving home or is in front of your home, ❗️Cancellation on the same day of cleaning will be charged a fee of 100% ❗️Cancellation in less than 48 hours will be charged a 25% fee. I ✅️If you need to change the cleaning day let us know 3 days before or more and we will help the best day for you according to our schedule!

When working with a new client, we like to start by understanding their specific cleaning needs and preferences. 🏡 We schedule a walkthrough or ask detailed questions about the home or Airbnb, so we know exactly what areas need attention, or we talk by message to save your time! On the first cleaning, we focus on thorough and careful service, making sure everything meets the client's expectations. 🧹💖 After that, we set up a schedule for regular cleanings if requested, and we stay flexible to adjust services as needed. Our goal is to make the home clean, comfortable, and organized, giving clients peace of mind. 🌟
