- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to price the jobs as low as I can while being fair to myself as well. I will travel to your location and give you a free of charge quote with no pressure. I add all fees into the total of the quote (no hidden fees).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am constantly working with new customers. Some folks like to meet me in order to explain the job in detail, others appreciate me stopping by on my own time and sending quotes automatically. Although everyone is different, I treat all new customers with the same respect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father owned a nursery in Fort Myers, Fl in which I began to work at since 5 years old. I also have about 5 years of experience working with various tree companys in Florida prior to opening my own business in 2015.
