I found Michelle Carter very late in my wedding planning process. I was nervous, low on cash & stressed out. As soon as I met her, I knew I needed her close to us on our wedding day...we just couldn't deal with any more problems. She was affordable, professional and tackled every situation BEFORE it turned to a disaster...including changing the weather forecast from 100% chance of rain to a somehow miraculously sunny, beautiful day! We rented chairs from them and they were set up exactly the way we envisioned, and the quality was outstanding. She was at our reception hall helping us set up in the morning and was still there until all the cleanup was done. I am so grateful for meeting her & I recommend her without ANY hesitation. She is now someone I am proud to call my friend.

We used Michelle for our daughters wedding . We were so impressed with her attention to detail and absolute perfection in every area. The wedding ceremony on the beach was set to absolute perfection, everything we asked for And More! She set the reception venue on the river so much better than we could have anticipated. Honestly , more people showed up than expected and she pulled out extra tables and handled it like a champ ! She did everything we asked for and more. She talked me through it and told me to breathe , when needed! I would highly recommend her . We have one more daughter to marry and if she chooses to marry in Florida, we will definitely be using Michelle.

Michelle helped coordinate the rentals and decoration for my wedding ceremony and helped plan the rehearsal the night before. She was easy to communicate with through email and delivered exactly what was promised. However, she was not on time for the rehearsal--over 35 minutes late. She was also decorating at the last minute for the ceremony, having to ask guests to get out of their seats so she could decorate the aisle chairs. She also parked her SUV and trailer in clear view of the ceremony location, providing a huge inconvenience to the photographers. She delivered exactly that which was agreed to but it felt as though professionalism and timeliness was not a priority to her.

I asked Brittany to write a review of our services in which I thought she was happy with. I would like to explain my side. As you can see, I have never received anything but 5 star ratings until this. I let her know that I was running late to rehearsal and explained to her that I was stuck in traffic on the interstate. When I arrived at the rehearsal she said that everyone had gotten stuck in traffic and that some had just gotten there as well. As for the last minute decorating of the aisle chairs, I had to stop doing the chairs to redo the decor on the gazebo due to the extremely string winds causung it to blow off. And I only asked one guest if they could please switch chairs. As for the parking, we were parked where I always park at that venue. Which is where most of the guest were also parked since there was a large event going on there and there were hundreds of cars there.
