I called Chris to out to repair my dishwasher. He did a through analysis of the problem and explained to in language I could understand my option. The dish washer was several years old so I chose not to repair it. I ask him if he would install a new one. I bought one and had it delivered. I notified him it had been delivered late that day. I was having company from out of town so Chris come over late that afternoon at the agreed time and installed my new one and hauled away the broken one at a very reasonable price. When I need an appliance repairman again I will call Chris.

I would highly recommend Chris. He went the extra mile to repair my appliance in timely manner. He had a part sent over night so that he could do the repair more quickly. The price was reasonable. I appreciate his professionalism, work quality and his ability to keep me informed throughout the process.

Chris was absolutely fabulous! I appreciated his professionalism and good natured manner! He showed up on time and turned my machine on to diagnose the problem. He explained that it would be expensive regarding the cost to repair my washing machine based on his experience and expertise. I appreciated his honesty, and chose not to get the repairs.
