The vision was very communicative with their responses and booked with me quickly. I do also have to add they gave the best quote for services as well.

The vision attempted to upcharge by $300 due to the rain. This was not included in the original signed contract. And what they also don’t tell you is when you do complete a cancellation they keep your deposit AND charge you $100 cancellation fee. When we called to cancelled they attempted to tell us they were not going to charge the $300 upcharge even though they had sent a text message 2 days before the wedding telling us we would have to pay $300 extra dollars for them bringing the “battery equipment” even though all outlets were surged protected and under a covered pavilion. That left me 2 days to find someone to come DJ my wedding . Very very very disappointing
