Luis, replaced most of my switches and receptacles in my house and stained/painted my deck and secured the railings. He was prompt, responded the same day and came out right a way. I plan to use him for future jobs.

Panhandle really helped us out and went above and beyond our expectations. To really understand you need some background so beat with me a moment. We needed to paint a small amount of rooms in our home (1 full room and 1 partial with some touch ups) as you see here in preparation for showing our house for sale. At least that's what we thought we had to do. As it turns out the movers were perpetually late delaying us several days (the first day without even calling to tell us) and the showing up after their scheduled window when they finally bothered to show. Since we planned on them being no more than 1 day late we ended up having to ask Panhandle to be flexible. Then, because we had to leave to come to our new home so I could start work and the movers were late we didn't get to assess the house after the movers were through with it so the job ended up being twice as big as what we thought because walls had been scratched scuffed and chipped.

Despite all of those difficulties Panhandle worked with us every single step of the way through the delays and were the first people to notice and tell us about the damage from the movers. Even though they showed up expecting a small job and ended uo with something a lot more tike consuming they were communicative and professional the whole time and resolved all of the issues. Even more impressive the charges we added on for the extra work were very fair and didn't feel like they were taking advantage of the surprise of the situation on our end like I've had happen with other contractors. I'd easily say they are the best painting crew I've ever worked with and recommend them to anyone without reservation.
