My A/C was frozen and needed maintenance. I was referred to Gulf Coast Air Conditioning and Heating by a friend. They were very responsive. Came to me promptly. Fixed my issue, performed maintenance, educated me on my system and discussed a way to move forward with preventative care. I will never go back to the big name company that incorrectly installed my system. Im very thankful for my experience.

Daniel was great! Communicated well prior to coming out and was quick and knowledgeable when diagnosing the issue. Issue was taken care of within 10 mins! He explained everything and was very thorough. Pricing was very fair! Good thing when dealing with a small business like this is you dont get any of the fear tactics and upsells of the big chain companies! Will be calling Gulf Coast AC and Heating for all our HVAC needs going forward! Thank you!
