What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We really hate quoting a low ball price, and then nickle and diming our customers for additional "services". We are a full-service company, and thus, when we quote a price, it is for the full service of the project at hand. Due to the nature and scope of individual services, we maintain set minimums for each service provided. Each of our services are priced a bit differently. For example, most of our exterior cleaning services are priced according to the square footage and includes the cost to get your structure to a like new status (gutters, rust removal, and standard wash are usually all included in the price.), while our window cleaning service is priced per window, and includes ALL of the window (Frame, track, sill, and screen).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly pursuing knowledge! We always keep an eye out for industry developments that improve safety standards and make our work more efficient.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We undertake a lot of high rise/commercial cleaning projects as well as both residential and commercial roof cleaning.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check their insurance, ask about their methods. Be sure they meet standards set forth by industry trade organizations such as th UAMCC (United Mobile Contract Cleaners), IWCA (International Window Cleaners Association), or PWRA (Power Washing Resource Association).
