FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in my father's restaurant and after college decided to come back to help grow the family business. Catering was a way to grow without much investment as we already had a kitchen to work out of as well as some brand recognition. But it grew into a passion of mine and I wonder why we didn't start doing this 20 years ago!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of corporate deliveries and full service caterings. We have several packages priced for delivery that are convenient for smaller groups of people. However, we can also bring the smoker out and cook for the whole company of 1,000 or more. Recently we have bursted on to the wedding scene. My partner Chris, has a real knack for making the buffet/tables look nice and lucky for us our guests seem to really enjoy our food.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to several different companies and try to ask them about work they have done in the past. It is not always about being the cheapest. I would even recommend trying to meet in person with someone from the company because at the end of the day you are doing business with people, not a company.
