FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is closely related to working time, a low price is not synonymous with quality, discounts are important, but they are what affect the quality of work. In some services we have good prices, for example, make garage floors in 1 day because we handle quality materials that dry quickly, we can give a good price with good materials and a moderate profit margin, we are interested in having more clients come to us
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We leave in writing what the client wants, then we take photos of the place before work, we give him the best options and alternatives, we define a delivery time, and details of the work, if there is any change in the work we communicate it to the client and we adjust the budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Handle the times, budgets and logistics of materials, we have a protocol in each job that allows us to reduce risks and improve quality. We know how far we can go if we cannot do a job due to time or preferred resources that another contractor does.
