What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you look at my prices on here is only my base line price for a particular job. Keep in mind the price is subject to change a little bit when i get to the property if the information giving isn’t as accurate.. I account for insurance, taxes , equipment, fuel and labor. With the price I give you will receive a professional service from us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client call we will talk briefly about what services they are interested in , set them up in our CRM system with all the information we need like Name , Phone number , home address , and email address. Once we go out and provide a estimate and the client agrees with estimate cost we send a card on file link to be filled out when that is completed we will schedule the work that was approved on the estimate. Clients that lives out of the county or state that want services once you agree to the estimate you will be required to pay the invoice before the work is scheduled when it’s paid we will preform the work send you pictures of the completed work and give you a call on how things went on the property.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out working as car detailer and started working with a friend who was in the pressure washing business and I learned as much as I could from him until it was time for me to get out on my own.
