What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do calls by phone so you don't have to worry about setting up Zoom. I'm happy to do a free 20 minute session to get to know you a bit and give you a sense of what we can work on together that will give you immediate and long term relief.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all ages. I've helped a few high school students, hundreds of college students, and professionals from their 20s through 50s.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go with your intuition. Look for someone who holds transformative space for you and makes you feel heard with empathy and no judgement. Seek someone with whom you feel comfortable enough to get vulnerable and dig into and compassionately release your trauma patterns. Work with someone who inspires you to keep your heart open and live from your higher self every day.
