Ilana is the most amazing masseuse I have been to! Honestly massage is not something I am usually comfortable with but she was recommended to me. I began by having a Thai massage (all clothing on, great for lunch breaks) Its pretty much an intense (but relaxing) session. I dub it yoga for lazy people, or people that don't have time to attend a full yoga session; I was extremely relaxed afterwards. My next session was what she called fascial therapy (with the use of tools) that really breaks ups areas of tension and loosen your body up. She also using a heat lamp to use in certain area which adds to the relaxation and softening of the muscles. All of the her series are amazing . Not only that, but Ilana provides a private, comfortable, non-judgemenal environment of pure relaxation and takes the time to figure where your specific area of concern are and she has a through knowledge of anatomy which can be helpful in her sessions. I will be seeing her later this week for a TMJ treatment which I am greatly looking forward to as this is something I have suffered with on and off for many years. I highly, highly recommend trying Ilana for any of her services. You won't be disappointed!

Ilana is an amazing massage therapist. I was literally so melted I could not walk. Powerful therapeutic whole body massage. The best I have ever had. She will have you drooling.

I've had several treatments with Ilana and I am always really pleased with the results.Ilana is very skilled & intuitive to my body's needs,great benefits are relaxed muscles and sleeping really well later that evening. Love the lasting effects of working out those aches & pains!

Through her work, Ilana is able to create space for deep healing relaxation while she allowed me to connect with my inner strength. Her sessions are amazingly transformative and therapeutic since she developed them with openness to accommodate her clients needs. I wish I was still around to benefit from her gifted hands and wisdom.

Ilana is a warm, sensitive caring soul. She intuitively knows how to move my body to promote healing! I recently had surgery and she was very supportive, gentle and helpful!
