- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To make things simple for both the customer and myself, I "bundle" my prices. Unless otherwise noted, my hourly rate will include all photo editing and transportation, in addition to shooting. Generally, the only extra costs will be for custom prints. I charge a 20% non-refundable booking deposit for new customers, which will be applied to the total balance. I do not charge a cancellation fee. I do not provide discounts, but what will work within any budget to find a rate that works for both of us. I also am open to bartering in exchange for photographic services. In lieu of money, I am open to trading in exchange for: legal services, tattoos, custom jewelry, marketing services, gift cards, dog sitting services, books, and more! Contact me for more details!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a BFA in photography from the San Francisco Art Institute in 2013. I have been practicing photography in varying degrees for over a decade, have worked for several publications, and have been steadily building my own photography business for the past three years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've seemingly worked with customers of every cultural background under the sun! I have photographed everything from baptisms, secret weddings, first birthday parties, 95th birthday parties, fundraisers, family reunions, and so on.
