Even though I've known Lauren growing up, being a student at Zen Vibe yoga has taught me a lot more about Lauren. The tranquil atmosphere she sets up of the room gives you a sense of genuine comfort and ease. This class is welcome to beginners who may have not done a yoga class before or experts looling for that extra stress relief from their week. I have a one year old and concider myself over-weight and since taking this yoga class every week for the past 8 weeks has really improved my stress levels as a new mother as well as strengthening my perception and self confidence in myself. I'm very excited to see my friend enjoy teaching and practicing what she loves to help make others do the same. Yoga has brought to my attention that no matter the outcome of any situation it is all about how you react. I choose my time at yoga to center inward and just remember to breathe.
