Estefania and her worker did an awesome job cleaning my 2 bedroom unit. Communication was mainly with Estefania and she is super nice and responsive. Her and her workers are trustworthy as well. I originally asked for a cleaning at 2PM, and on the same day had to reschedule to 4PM and she was very accommodating. My place was a huge mess and the cleaning job she did was amazing. My place is spotless! I got a deep cleaning and she did the rugs, floors, carpet, bathrooms, rooms, etc. Everything done in a good amount of time as well. Using her for cleaning whenever I need it!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We began to ask him frequent questions, such as: the size of the house, the type of cleaning that he needs, any extra information that the client wants that I know, the number of bathrooms and rooms that he wants me to clean, if the house is empty, if you have animals, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked for other people in the cleaning business, that allowed us to know what products to use for cleaning, it also allowed us to know a little about each producer and to know that some animals or people may be allergic to some chemicals. We always ask the customer before we start cleaning the place.
