Office staff promptly returned my calls, movers were very nice and wanted to know what more they could do. We put signs up in the rooms where furniture should go. Movers acted appreciative of that information. My granddaughter was with me at the time and they also commented on the fact that we kept her out of their way...Perhaps people would appreciated knowing about the signs (my neighbor gave me that hint), and the safety issues of children. Nice young men. It was a hot day and they worked hard. Thanks so much. Although I don't plan on moving again any time soon, I will highly recommend them to friends.

Moving can be one of the most stressful events in a person's life. Josh and his team made it the complete opposite! The communication between the movers as they worked was great. Even when they arrived at my destination and there was another moving company moving someone out of the building we were moving into, they just took it in stride. All of our furniture was handled with the utmost care. They took the time to understand how we wanted everything set up and did it exactly as we asked. My wife and I don't plan on moving again anytime soon, but if we did, our first call will be to Them. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

I have never rated anything as "Excellent" across the board, so this is my first time. My expectations weren't high, having had some truly horrific and enraging experiences with national-brand movers, so this was a real surprise. The office folks over the phone, were friendly, helpful, and turned a pleasant conversation into a surprisingly accurate (and detailed) quote that I could amend as we got closer to moving day. On moving day, these two guys showed up ON THE DOT, and went to work. The movers looked like executives and worked like they had done this all their lives: fast, efficient and flexible. Our stuff was immaculate: no chips, scratches...nothing. This was about as close to perfect as I have seen.

The office staff made my decision easy. The young lady who serviced me was very helpful. She explained everything thoroughly and answered each of my enquiries. The gentlemen were very professional. They handled my belongings with care and worked diligently until the job was completed. I loved the idea that I received calls several times while the movers were actually working. This showed that the company cared about the service I was receiving. I would gladly refer National Relocation Van lines to anyone. I will definitely consider using them again when needed. Thanks!!

From the time I picked up the phone until the minute they drove away, my experience with two men and a truck was perfect. They were flexible about time and materials. The two guys were very professional, careful and deliberate. They did the entire move within the time estimated! I have been telling everyone how great my moving experience was. If I ever have to do this again, I will be calling! Thank you!
