HORRIBLE ** moving company. DO NOT USE United Royal Van Ln. They don't call you back, overcharged me more than double, Kept my possessions 3 months & ignored over 80 calls, messages & e mails. they only called after I cancelled my c card pmt. Then threatened to dump my goods in a warehouse in Illinois! I sat in an empty apt for over 1 1/2 months. Upon Delivery-damaged furniture, busted open boxes, my things spilled over the van floor, missing 4 large boxes, smashed items, smashed large Chinese "fish bowl" expensive vase/bowl (table base). Look at all the reviews on google, Yelp Etc. ALL BAD.***I reported United Royal to Gov't agency & after 3+months of thorough investigation, they SHUT UNITED ROYAL DOWN !! & FINED them greatly**** for defrauding so many customers & breaking laws!! Finally JUSTICE !!!!!

Status as of Aug 19 - Goods not delivered. Not even shipped.
Amount Paid - 1541.25 of 2100.01 (Total price)
Verbally committed that goods would be delivered in less than 10 days. As of Aug 19, goods havent even been loaded to a truck for delivery. Moving coordinator, Michael is completely dishonest and unresponsive; so is the entire crew, I interacted with. You need to make a minimum of 20 phone calls to make them answer you. If they do, you hear goods will be shipped that day or the day after, which never happens.
I opt not to express my extreme frustration, in writing. This, by far, is the most unprofessional company, that I have worked with. They are UNBELIEVABLY unethical. Authorities shouldn't let them run.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Relocating to Georgia was something so awesome. I really enjoyed the services offered by United Royal Van Lines crew. In fact, I count myself so lucky for having been relocated by them. I had though that it was going to be hectic and so tiresome. At the end of the day, however, it turned out that it was not so. Instead, it was all glorious and much wonderful. There was no stress about it at all and I am so happy because of that.

Tonight even as I retire to bed, I am a happy man. I did not know that it was possible to sleep under this roof tonight. I did not have an idea that relocating from North Carolina could take just hours. United Royal Van Lines crew did it in one of the most extra ordinary ways. That was something that was way too much exceptional. In every way possible, I am glad that they were able to relocate me peacefully and without any drama.

It can be very traumatising when dealing with people that are unreliable. The best feeling ever is the one that your task is attended to on time and the way you prefer it. Through my encounter with different relocation companies, I came to realise that they luck the reliability their line of work deserves. Surprisingly last month I met United Royal Van Lines that proved to stand out on issues of reliability. They offer their services without any push or supervision and it is always a job well done.

Without a doubt I can crown the lasted relocation company I worked with to be the ideal service provider I have ever met in my encounter with relocation companies. They gave a smooth service all along. Most issues that I thought that were irrelevant they gave them the highest attention and relevance as well. United Royal van lines are simply the best you can ever get in todays world of relocation.

I feel like I am forever indebted to the whole United Royal Van Lines fraternity. The services they offered me were worth more than I had expected. Since they had low quotes when I contacted them, I thought the services were also going to be of low quality. I was however surprised by the efficiency and reliable speed. Because of them, it was possible moving into my dream house in New York.

I recommend United Royal Van Lines to any customers who would like to move out from his current location in style. If you want to make it a grand move, this mover has a solution. I was also told that way and I went. They gave me such a good experience and without any fault, I relocated swiftly to New Orleans. I am going to engage them in relocations next time I am moving.

United Royal Van Lines really won my heart since they offered me more than the service they are specialised in. Not only did they perform when relocating my property, but also gave a free service to help rearrange my property on arrival at the new apartment. I really loved this. It has been two weeks since I moved into Alabama. I must say that everything was pretty fine. I love the way in which the relocation was in itself handled. That crew was so good. They relocated my stuff very fast. They took a very short time to do the job which I thought would take several hours. To me, that was an honour.
