It was one of two parts that needed to be replaced. Completed on 2nd try. Very punctual, professional and responsive. Fairly priced. Would have been nice on first try but understandable it was a 50/50 shot. All good.

He came on time. Tried the repair and when he figured it would not last, he advised we would need a New tv. And just charged us for the service call. Will call him again if we have any other issues with another electronic.
