What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we do have several available packages, we will work with any budget and will customize our packages to fit that budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being contacted by the client I conduct a short telephone call to gather details of the event and then set up a face-to-face meeting with the customer at our location, at the customer's home, or a near by Starbucks.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started off by doing custom wedding invitations (which we still do). I would design them, my dad would print them and my mom and I would put them together. We slowly started adding DJ’ing, lighting, staging, event planning and now dessert stations and rentals to our list of services. Every member of the family now plays a special role in our family run business.
