1. The customer contacts us by phone or message to discuss their repair or installation needs. 2. We schedule a convenient time to assess the project and provide a free estimate. 3. Pricing and scope of work are explained clearly before any work begins. 4. Once approved, we schedule the job and complete the work efficiently and professionally. 5. Final walkthrough is done to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in window and door installation and repair, along with extensive training in stucco and drywall repair, tile installation and repairs, caulking, and general home improvements. My skills have been developed through on-the-job training, continued learning, and real-world project experience.
