José was amazing, came to our home and my parents home for service call, he was punctual and very thorough after assessing our issue he determined it was not something electrical and actually gave us recommendations on how to prevent this from happening in the future. Jose was a no nonsense electrician who came to my house to solve my problem. He didn’t try to upsell me. He immediately got on the floor to troubleshoot my stove outlet and figured out exactly what was wrong. He actually said he couldn’t charge me for the outlet because it was the stove plug and not the outlet. Most electricians told me they will not touch my stove. I felt so comfortable that I had him replace my flood light and my front motion light. He discounted the bill without me asking. Definitely an excellent company. Thank you!
