My actual treatment does not start until Monday. Mr. Duran indpected my house past Monday. I was very impressed with how he presented himself as well as his patience explaining what, why and how concerning my termite problem. I already have referred him to two neighbors and one friend.

Both Duran & Terminex were impressive and competent in regards to my issue. I decided on Duran because it (he Archie) is the owner and he came to my house and I spoke with him directly. He took all the time I needed to thoroughly understand my entire issue and provided me with a solution that was best for me. I thought I had termites or carpenter ants. Archie came and inspected and found no sign of either. I decided to have the house and yard sprayed as I had not had that done in quite some time. Very reasonably priced. No contract or forced follow-up service reqired. They just told me to call when I wanted another service. Found a few dead bugs in the days following and no issues since. I would highly recommend this HONEST service!

Archie and son stopped by today to view property for indoor and outdoor service to include spray for whiteflies. Both were very professional , knowledgeable and organized. Also very reasonable with rates. They start next week.
