Jose was patient with my situation in that we had to wait for HOA board approval before work could begin. Once started Jose helped me with the logistics of picking up the door and other supplies then went to the location and installed the door in a few hours. He was responsive, professional and I feel I got a very good value for my money. The only minor issue I had was understanding his billing and receipt system. Everything was in Spanish and luckily I speak some. All in all a terrific job
